Spotify down: Why it's not working for thousands

If Spotify won’t play your morning playlist, you’re far from alone.More than 15,000 people in the U.S. had reported problems with the streaming service by 10:06 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Sept. 29. The problems appear to vary. Some users can play music but can’t search for songs or artists; others are seeing a "Something went wrong" message or having trouble logging in. Reports describe issues on both mobile and desktop, though the app may still work for some listeners.
