Google says services recovering after cloud outage hits UK banks and websites

Banks appeared to be among those most affected, with some Revolut customers telling the BBC they were left unable to make online payments during Tuesday's outage.
More than 1,500 reports of issues affecting Revolut services were flagged to platform outage monitor shortly after 08:00 BST on Tuesday.
A spokesperson for the company later confirmed its problems had been caused by a third-party issue.
