This blueprint seeks to connect India’s existing startup, MSME, skilling, research, and credit programs, addressing gaps in funding, mentorship, and market access. The proposal includes an Entrepreneurship Passport, district-level opportunity maps, and a national Idea Bank to streamline these interventions.

Every publicly funded venture will get an assigned mentor, and the mission will create structured demand through government procurement. By year three, the goal is for six lakh enterprises to survive and generate revenue, with at least 60% from non-metro districts.

Microsoft's AI Infrastructure Delays

Microsoft’s massive AI infrastructure build-out may not be moving as fast as its public statements suggest.
