NHS trusts contradict NHS England on Palantir data platform rollout
NHS England’s claim that 29 hospital trusts are using Palantir’s federated data platform (FDP) to realise benefits has been challenged by the trusts themselves. Responses to over 100 freedom of information requests reveal that many trusts say the system is not live or in use, despite the £330m contract’s April 2024 rollout. Regulators and lawmakers are now questioning the platform’s implementation and value.
