Chaculvin Hayes, a former employee of GAT Airline Ground Support, has been sentenced to 16 months in federal prison for defrauding airlines of over $600,000 in tickets, upgrades, and vouchers. Hayes exploited his access to airline ticketing systems between 2017 and 2019, selling discounted tickets under an alias and altering passenger records to issue fraudulent vouchers.
