Serval, a San Francisco-based startup building AI agents for enterprise automation, has raised $150 million in a Series C funding round led by Sequoia. The round values the company at $3 billion, tripling its valuation from December 2025. Serval plans to expand its team by over 500 people and launch a professional services division to scale its automation platform.
