Baidu launches Apollo World AI to simulate robotaxi driving environments
Baidu has unveiled Apollo World, an AI model designed to simulate real-world road environments for training robotaxis. The system can generate the equivalent of three years of real-world driving data in a single day and is already being used to train Apollo Go, China’s largest robotaxi fleet.
