Mallikarjuna Iytha, founder of the Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association (IDEA), has built a platform supporting over 2,000 entrepreneurs with disabilities in India. Through training, mentoring, financial aid, and market access, IDEA-backed businesses have generated Rs 100 crore in turnover and created jobs for more than 5,000 people. The organisation aims to scale its impact to Rs 1,500 crore in turnover by 2027.
